3. Purposes of Processing, Legal Basis, and Categories of Data
Your personal data will be processed to assess your qualifications and skills necessary for the position you are applying for and to select the appropriate person for that position. Your personal data, within the scope indicated by labor law regulations, will be processed for the purpose of conducting the recruitment process and, if applicable, concluding an employment contract (based on Article 6(1)(b) and (c) of the GDPR). If you provide us with any additional data during the recruitment process, we will process it based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR), which can be withdrawn at any time. By submitting your application, you consent to the processing of the data contained therein. Your personal data will also be processed in future employee recruitments if you give your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR), which can be withdrawn at any time.
4. Data Retention Period
We process your personal data for the duration of the specific recruitment process and, thereafter, for a period during which it is possible to submit any potential claims by either party. If you have given consent to participate in future recruitments, we will process your data until the consent is withdrawn, but no longer than 3 years after the end of the current recruitment.

Access to your personal data will be granted to our authorized employees and collaborators, as well as service providers we use. Your personal data may also be transferred to entities processing personal data located outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
