1. Administrator danych osobowych

3. Cele przetwarzania, podstawa prawna przetwarzania oraz kategorie danych
Twoje dane osobowe będą przetwarzane, aby ocenić Twoje kwalifikacje i umiejętności potrzebne do pracy na stanowisku, na które aplikujesz oraz wybrać odpowiednią osobę na to stanowisko.
Twoje dane osobowe, w zakresie wskazanym w przepisach prawa pracy, będziemy przetwarzać w celu przeprowadzenia postępowania rekrutacyjnego i ewentualnego zawarcia umowy (na podstawie art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b i c RODO).
Jeśli w procesie rekrutacji podasz nam inne dane, będziemy przetwarzać je na podstawie zgody (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a RODO), która może zostać odwołana w dowolnym czasie. Wysyłając nam swoje zgłoszenie rekrutacyjne wyrażasz zgodę na przetwarzanie danych w nim zawartych.
Twoje dane osobowe będą przetwarzane także w kolejnych naborach pracowników, jeżeli wyrazisz na to zgodę (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a RODO), która może zostać odwołana w dowolnym czasie.
4. Okres przechowywania danych
Twoje dane osobowe przetwarzamy przez okres trwania danej rekrutacji, a po tym terminie przez okres, w którym możliwe jest zgłoszenie ewentualnych roszczeń którejkolwiek ze stron. W przypadku, gdy wyraziłeś(aś) zgodę na udział w przyszłych rekrutacjach, Twoje dane będziemy przetwarzać do czasu odwołania zgody, jednak nie dłużej niż 3 lata od zakończenia bieżącej rekrutacji.
5. Odbiorcy danych i transfer danych do państw trzecich
Dostęp do Twoich danych osobowych będzie przysługiwał naszym upoważnionym pracownikom i współpracownikom, a także dostawcom usług, z których korzystamy.
Twoje dane osobowe mogą zostać przekazane także podmiotom przetwarzającym dane osobowe mającym siedzibę poza Europejskim Obszarem Gospodarczym (EOG).
6. Twoje prawa i profilowanie
Przysługują Ci następujące prawa:

• prawo żądania sprostowania danych osobowych,

7. Obowiązek podania danych
Podanie danych osobowych jest całkowicie dobrowolne, ale – w zakresie przewidzianym przez przepisy prawa pracy – konieczne do wzięcia udziału w rekrutacji.

3. Processing Purposes, Legal Basis, and Data Categories
Your personal data will be processed to evaluate your qualifications and skills necessary for the position you are applying for and to select the appropriate person for that position. Your personal data, within the scope indicated by labor law regulations, will be processed for the purpose of conducting the recruitment process and, if applicable, concluding an agreement (based on Article 6(1)(b) and (c) of the General Data Protection Regulation). If you provide us with any additional data during the recruitment process, we will process it based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR), which can be withdrawn at any time. By submitting your recruitment application, you express your consent to the processing of the data contained therein. Your personal data will also be processed in subsequent employee recruitment processes if you give your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR), which can be withdrawn at any time.
4. Data Retention Period
We process your personal data for the duration of the specific recruitment process, and after that period, for a period in which it is possible to submit any potential claims by either party. If you have given consent to participate in future recruitments, we will process your data until the consent is withdrawn, but no longer than 3 years after the end of the current recruitment.
5. Data Recipients and Data Transfers to Third Countries
Access to your personal data will be granted to our authorized employees and collaborators, as well as service providers we use. Your personal data may also be transferred to entities processing personal data located outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

You have the following rights:
